The diagnostic efficiency of susceptibility of right thalamostriate vein for the discrimination between mTBI patients, non-AI patients, AI patients and HCs using ROC.

The best cut-off susceptibility of right thalamostriate vein for the discrimination between mTBI patients and HCs was 150 ppb with a sensitivity of 19% (95% CI: 9–33), specificity 91% (95% CI: 75–98), and AUC value 0.50 (95% CI: 0.39–0.61) (panel a). The best cut-off susceptibility of right thalamostriate vein for the discrimination between non-AI patients and HCs was 150 ppb with the sensitivity 19% (95% CI: 7–36), specificity 91% (95% CI: 75–98), and AUC value 0.51 (95% CI: 0.39–0.64) (panel b). The best cut-off susceptibility of right thalamostriate vein for the discrimination between AI patients and HCs was 167 ppb with sensitivity 56% (95% CI: 30–80), specificity 63% (95% CI: 44–79), and AUC of 0.53 (95% CI: 0.38–0.68) (panel c).
