The diagnostic efficiency of susceptibility of left thalamostriate vein for the discrimination between mTBI patients, non-AI patients, AI patients and HCs using ROC.

The best cut-off susceptibility of left thalamostriate vein for the discrimination between mTBI patients and HCs was 150 ppb with a sensitivity of 25% (95% CI: 14–40), specificity 97% (95% CI: 84–100), and AUC value 0.59 (95% CI: 0.48–0.70) (panel a). The best cut-off susceptibility of left thalamostriate vein for the discrimination between non-AI patients and HCs was 150 ppb with the sensitivity 25% (95% CI: 12–43), specificity 97% (95% CI: 84–100), and AUC value 0.59 (95% CI: 0.46–0.71) (panel b). The best cut-off susceptibility of left thalamostriate vein for the discrimination between AI patients and HCs was 150 ppb with sensitivity 25% (95% CI: 7–52), specificity 97% (95% CI: 84–100), and AUC of 0.59 (95% CI: 0.44–0.73) (panel c).
