The diagnostic efficiency of susceptibility of left septal vein for the discrimination between mTBI patients, non-AI patients, AI patients and HCs using ROC.

The best cut-off susceptibility of left septal vein for the discrimination between mTBI patients and HCs was 146 ppb with a sensitivity of 40% (95% CI: 26–55), specificity 72% (95% CI: 53–86), and AUC value 0.49 (95% CI: 0.38–0.61) (panel a). The best cut-off susceptibility of left septal vein for the discrimination between non-AI patients and HCs was 145 ppb with the sensitivity 44% (95% CI: 26–62), specificity 72% (95% CI: 53–86), and AUC value 0.51 (95% CI: 0.38–0.64) (panel b). The best cut-off susceptibility of left septal vein for the discrimination between AI patients and HCs was 129 ppb with sensitivity 13% (95% CI: 2–38), specificity 100% (95% CI: 89–100), and AUC of 0.46 (95% CI: 0.31–0.61) (panel c).
