The diagnostic efficiency of susceptibility of left cerebral internal vein for the discrimination between mTBI patients, non-AI patients, AI patients and HCs using ROC.
The best cut-off susceptibility of left cerebral internal vein for the discrimination between mTBI patients and HCs was 174 ppb with a sensitivity of 25% (95% CI: 14–40), specificity 91% (95% CI: 75–98), and AUC value 0.49 (95% CI: 0.38–0.61) (panel a). The best cut-off susceptibility of left cerebral internal vein for the discrimination between non-AI patients and HCs was 202 ppb with the sensitivity 41% (95% CI: 24–59), specificity 75% (95% CI: 57–89), and AUC value 0.52 (95% CI: 0.39–0.64) (panel b). The best cut-off susceptibility of left cerebral internal vein for the discrimination between AI patients and HCs was 174 ppb with sensitivity 31% (95% CI: 11–59), specificity 91% (95% CI: 75–98), and AUC of 0.51 (95% CI: 0.36–0.66) (panel c).
