The diagnostic efficiency of susceptibility of left basal vein for the discrimination between mTBI patients, non-AI patients, AI patients and HCs using ROC.

The best cut-off susceptibility of left basal vein for the discrimination between mTBI patients and HCs was 172 ppb with a sensitivity of 77% (95% CI: 63–88), specificity 41% (95% CI: 24–59), and AUC value 0.59 (95% CI: 0.48–0.70) (panel a). The best cut-off susceptibility of left basal vein for the discrimination between non-AI patients and HCs was 169 ppb with the sensitivity 63% (95% CI: 44–79), specificity 53% (95% CI: 35–71), and AUC value 0.56 (95% CI: 0.43–0.69) (panel b). The best cut-off susceptibility of left basal vein for the discrimination between AI patients and HCs was 166 ppb with sensitivity 56% (95% CI: 30–80), specificity 69% (95% CI: 50–84), and AUC of 0.65 (95% CI: 0.50–0.78) (panel c).
