Coimmunoprecipitation of endogenous Hey1 and AR. (A) MCF-7 cells were mock transfected or transfected with 5 μg of NICD. After transfection, cells were washed and incubated for 24 h. Whole-cell extracts were then immunoprecipitated with antibodies against Hey1 (I) or nonimmune IgG (NI). The immunoprecipitated material was subjected to Western blotting analysis (wb) with anti-AR monoclonal IgG. (B) Effects of AR agonists in the interaction between Hey1 and AR.
