Phylogenetic tree based on the DNA sequences corresponding to nucleotides 1 to 453 in the partial β-tubulin gene sequence of A. fumigatus (3). The tree was constructed using the PILEUP, ESEQBOOT, EDNAPARS, and ECONSENSE programs in the PHYLIP computer package (1) available through ANGIS. Only bootstrap values of >60% are shown.
