One variant was considered biased, when its VAF was ± 0.05 of the VAF value of the same variant in its reference samples (non-WGA FFPE DNAs). The data includes the values from the independent triplicates of library preparations from lung cancer #1, the lung cancer #2, and esophageal cancer #1.
