Phylogenetic tree of the family Anaplasmataceae.

16S rRNA sequences of members of the family Anaplasmataceae were aligned using ClustalW, a phylogenetic tree was built using raxml, and the tree was visualized with Dendroscope as described in the ‘Experimental procedures’. Grey box highlights Neorickettsia species.
