(B) Relative transcription levels of AB019562 in SMMC-7721 cells transfected with siAB019562. (C) Effects of AB019562 knockdown on cell proliferation were assessed over a 5-day period. In HepG2 cells, the proliferation rate was significantly decreased, whereas the level of AB019562 was reduced.
