DMC treatment regulates caspase-9, caspase-3, and cytochrome c protein expression in A431 and HaCaT cells. Cells were treated with 10, 20, 40 or 80 µM DMC for 48 h and then analyzed by western blotting for protein expression levels of caspase-9, caspase-3 and cytochrome c. GAPDH was used as a loading control. Protein bands were scanned and the intensity was determined. *P<0.05 vs. 40, 20 or 10 µM DMC.
