Effects of the predicted 45 miRNAs on the reporter gene expression of the pmiR-FSHb-3′UTR-WT vector. Relative luciferase activity was measured 48 h after transfection and normalized to the Renilla luciferase activity generated by the co-transfected pmiR-RB-REPORT^TM vector. The normalized relative Rluc/Luc activity ratio for the negative control was set to 1.
