CD169+ macrophages are increased in mesenteric lymph nodes (mLNs) of colitis mice. C57BL/6 WT mice were treated with 3.5% dextran sulfate sodium (DSS), and mice were harvested after 3 or 7 days. (A) The percentage of CD11b+CD169+ macrophages in mLNs of WT control mice and DSS-treated mice were measured by FACS, and statistical analysis was shown, *P < 0.05, ***P < 0.001 compared to control.
