Spondylodiscitis: Post laminectomy status at L4-5 level. Sagittal T1W image (a); T2W image (b) Shows mildly reduced vertical height of L4, L5 vertebrae with adjacent end plate irregularity and loss of intervening disc height (arrow head). There is associated pre- paravertebral soft tissue component (star) seen at L4-5 level.
