Numbers at nodes in the MrBayes tree indicate posterior probabilities, whereas in the PAUP trees, the percentage of maximum parsimony trees supporting the given clade (MP) and bootstrap percentages (BP). The MrBayes tree for unordered characters has the same topology and almost the same posterior probabilities as the tree for ordered characters (shown in the figure).
