Calculation of K_0.5 values of UmpAB for Na⁺, Li⁺ and K⁺. Na⁺/H⁺ (A), Li⁺/H⁺ (B) and K⁺/H⁺ (C) antiport activity of UmpAB were plotted as the respective functions of cation concentrations. K_0.5 values of UmpAB for Na⁺, Li⁺ and K⁺ were obtained, respectively, by fitting a hyperbolic function to the data with OriginPro 8.6. Each value point represents the average of three independent determinations.
