Gene expression microarray.

The first eight atypical tumorgraft models were compared to typical ovarian carcinoma tumorgrafts. These samples and the Stanford NCI60 Cancer arrays underwent unsupervised, hierarchical clustering. The atypical tumorgrafts revealed similarity among the models but dissimilarity to the typical ovarian tumors. Moreover, the gene expression profiles correlate among atypical tumorgraft and human lymphomas, corroborating the hypothesis of lymphoproliferation due to cells within the patient's tissues.
