Protein interaction-mediated connectivity between Shank3 and upstream regulators of mTORC1. The actin filament bundling protein, α-actinin 2 (ACTN2), is the only common interactor for all four proteins. (C) The interactome network of Shank3, TSC1/TSC2 and Rhes. To simplify the network, the orphan nodes, defined as nodes connected with only one of the hub proteins (Shank3, TSC1/TSC2 and Rhes), are excluded from the graphics.
