Altered ER stress tolerance in CaBiP1-silenced and CaBiP1-overexpressing plants. (A–D) H₂O₂ accumulation, REL, MDA content, and soluble protein content in leaves of TRV2:00 and TRV2:CaBiP1 pepper seedlings grown under ER stress induced by spraying 30 mM DTT for 24 h. Spraying with distilled water was performed on control plants. (E,F) Establishment of WT and CaBiP1-OE Arabidopsis seedling under ER stress conditions induced by 3 mM DTT.
