Viability of Raji cells treated for 24, 48, 72, and 96 h with 1 nM anti-CD20 IT (left) or 0.01 nM anti-CD22 IT (right) without (black columns) or in the presence (white columns) of 10 μM pan-caspase inhibitor (Z-VAD) (a), 10 μM necroptosis inhibitor necrostatin-1 (Nec-1) (b) or 10 U/mL hydrogen peroxide scavenger catalase (CAT) (c). Z-VAD, Nec-1 and CAT were added 3 h before the ITs, and the viability was measured after the indicated times. Means ± S.D. of at least three independent experiments, each in triplicate, are shown as the percentage of untreated cell values. Statistical significance was determined by ANOVA/Bonferroni test.
