DRMs prepared from PMs are enriched in DRM marker proteins. The PM was prepared from Arabidopsis callus as in Figure 1. DRMs were prepared as in Figure 2, but from the PM. PM and DRM proteins were analyzed by immunoblot. Equal quantities of protein were loaded in each lane.
