ZEB1 knockdown increases transcript abundance of select ZEB1-associated protein-coding genes. Transcript levels of six genes regulated by ZEB1 were measured in primary HCEnC 72 hours after transfection with either scrambled siRNA (sc-siRNA) or ZEB1 siRNA. For each gene, ZEB1 knockdown resulted in significantly increased transcript abundance. Statistical analysis was performed using unpaired t-test (n = 3). Error bars represent mean ± SEM of RPKM (RNA-seq) or 2−ΔCt (qPCR) values.
