The NF-κB signaling pathway regulates Mmm-derived LAMP-induced IL-1β expression in EBL cells. EBL cells were stimulated or not with 1 μg/ml Mmm-derived LAMPs and then treated with an NF-κB inhibitor (1,5, or 10 μM) or DMSO in the absence of serum for 6 h. The cells and supernatants were respectively harvested and analyzed by real-time PCR and ELISA. Data are presented as the mean and standard deviation of three assays. *p < 0.05 compared with LAMP-stimulated cells.
