Levels of Th1 [IFN-γ, interleukin-2 (IL-2), and IL-12] and Th2 (IL-10) cytokines produced by spleen cells of ΔGRA17-immunized mice. Spleen cells from mice were obtained 70 days postimmunization and were stimulated in vitro with soluble Toxoplasma gondii tachyzoite antigen (10 µg/ml).
