Cellular responses elicited by LM4Δhly::E7 in tumor-bearing mice. Groups of five mice were subcutaneously injected with 2 × 105 TC-1 cells on day 0, and were intraperitoneally immunized with LM4Δhly::E7, LM4Δhly::esat-6 or PBS buffer on days 7 and 14.
