LC-0882 inhibits the formation of filopodia in SGC7901 and BGC823 cells. SGC7901 and BGC823 cells grown on glass coverslips were pre-treated with test concentrations of LC-0882 or DMSO (control) for 24 h. Cells were then fixed, blocked and stained with FITC-phalloidin.
