TGF-β1/miR-155 signaling promotes EMT of HCC cells in vitro. A-D: The Huh-7 cells (Negative ctrl or miR-155 group) were cultured, or Huh-7 cells were treated with or without TGF-β1 protein (100 ng/ml) for 48 h. The cells were then collected and analyzed for the expression of E-Cadherin and Vimentin by FCM.
