Indirect MTT analysis of (L929 fibroblast) untreated and microplasma treated Gel-GO hydrogel (various weight percentage of graphene oxide in gelatine) after 1, 3 and 5, 7, 10 and 14 days of incubation with DMEM. MTT assay revealed the highest cell viability for microplasma treated Gel-GO hydrogels with 1 wt% of graphene oxide (n = 6).
