Comparative MTT analysis of microplasma treated gelatin hydrogel and genipin cross-linked gelatin hydrogel by collection of liquid extraction medium at 1, 3 and 5, 7, 10 and 14 days of incubation with DMEM. MTT assay (L929 cell line) revealed the highest cell viability for microplasma treated gelatin hydrogel (^∗P < 0.05; n = 6).
