Effects of strawberry dried methanolic extract (100 µg/mL) on total lipid accumulation in HepG2 cells in the presence of 10 µM Compound C (negative control) or 10 µM Lovastatin (positive control). Cells were treated for 24 h. Stained intercellular oil droplets were eluted with isopropanol and quantified by spectrophotometrical analysis at 510 nm.
