miR-206 and miR-613 have rewired cellular metabolism by targeting 6PGD. (A,B) C13(A) and A549DDP (B) cell lines were transfected with Mimic NC, miR-206 and miR-613, respectively. The effects of miRNAs on NADPH/NADP+ ratio, lactate production and intracellular ATP levels were determined.
