GrB-producing regulatory B cells (Bregs) were increased in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients with disease remission after therapy. 11 RA patients before and after therapy with disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs were enrolled in the study. (A) The frequencies of GrB-producing Breg were assayed by flow cytometry. The representative flowcharts and statistical results were shown.
