Increased expression of miR-17 downregulates N-myc mRNA levels. qRT-PCR analyses revealed that (A) the miR-17 levels were increased 4.8-fold (*P<0.03) and (B) N-myc mRNA was decreased 1.7-fold (*P<0.02) in the SK-N-LD cells infected with a lentiviral construct containing the miR-17-92 cluster compared to the control.
