A putative tetramer is shown for illustration purposes only, however our data is consistent with heterogeneous oligomeric states. (B) An atomic model of Cosmc’s glycosyltransferase homology region based on Mfng (PDB ID 2J0B) using SWISS-MODEL. The glycosyltransferase homology region within Cosmc is restricted to the N-terminal domain.
