ANKRD22 regulated cell proliferation. (A) The mRNA and protein levels of ANKRD22 were increased after transfection with ANKRD22-plasmid and decreased after transfection with ANKRD22-shRNA in H1299 cells. Full-length blots are presented in Supplementary Figure S6. (B) Overexpression of ANKRD22 increased cell growth and knockdown of ANKRD22 decreased cell growth in H1299 cells. (C) Overexpression of ANKRD22 increased colony formation capacity and knockdown of ANKRD22 decreased colony formation capacity in H1299 cells.
