Secretome profiling of HCV replicon Con1 cell and Huh7 cells. (A,B) The conditioned medium derived from Huh7 (A) or Con1 (B) cells were collected as described in the Materials and Methods. The proteins that were present in the conditioned medium were separated by 2D-PAGE followed by silver staining of the proteins. The proteins that were differentially present in the conditioned medium from Huh7 and Con1 cells were labeled as 1, 2, 3, and 4 (upper and lower panels). The gel images for these four protein spots were enlarged as shown in the lower panel. These proteins were extracted from the gel and were identified by MALDI-TOF analysis.
