Tissue-specific expression of DR5. DR5 protein is most prevalent in the thymus and spleen, as detected by Western immunoblotting. Weak expression of DR5 is also observed in the liver. A nonspecific band of lower molecular weight can be seen in tissue homogenates from DR5−/− mice.
