 (viii) Aspiration/pneumonitis
 (ix) Atelectasis
 (x) RSV/bronchiolitis
 (xi) Acute bronchitis
 (xii) COPD
 (xiii) Foreign body aspiration
 (xiv) Fungal pneumonia
 (xv) Lung abscess
 (xvi) PCP
 (xvii) Respiratory failure
 (xviii) Viral pneumonia
 (xix) Neoplasm
 (xx) Asthma
