FSB acts via the intrinsic signaling pathway of apoptosis activation in AGS cells. AGS cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of FSB for 24 h. The cell lysates were subjected to SDS-PAGE and analyzed by western blotting. β-actin was used as a loading control.
