The CB2 receptor-selective agonist AM1241 (100 μg/kg i.p.) produced antinociception to thermal stimuli. Naloxone (Nal) (10 μg, intrapaw) prevented the antinociceptive effects of AM1241, as did antiserum (AS) (2 μg, intrapaw) to β-endorphin. Nonimmune control serum (CS) (10 μg, intrapaw) had no effect.
