(B) Voltage dependence of slow inactivation in the absence (black) or presence (red) of 100 nM LqqIV (open circles). Oocytes were held at −90 mV and exposed to the different conditioning voltages for 10 s, followed by a −100-mV pulse for 50 ms to remove fast inactivation and then a test pulse to −20 mV.
