Shown is a representative experiment demonstrating that before the addition of ICA-121431, peak current from the Nav1.4 VSDIV S1-S2/S3-S4 chimera reaches steady state during 1-Hz pulses to −30 mV. The ICA-121431-induced block washes out, and peak current returns to the steady-state level before drug application.
