The association between rs3217869 genotype and CCND2 expression in prostate tissue samples. Note that the risk A allele of rs3217869 for aggressive prostate cancer was significantly associated with decreased mRNA expression of CCND2. The CCND2 mRNA levels were assessed by Illumina Expression BeadChip-based transcriptional profiling in a collection of 119 human prostate tissue samples4, 25. The CCND2 mRNA expression data in prostate tumor tissues are displayed as the five number distribution (minimum, first quartile, median, third quartile, and maximum) according to rs3217869 genotype The P values were examined by linear regression model and Kruskal-Wallis H test, respectively.
