Impact of CETPi on preβ-HDL production in the plasma of rabbits and monkeys. Plasma of rabbits (n = 7–8) (A) or vervet monkeys (n = 7) (B) fed a chow diet or diet containing dalcetrapib (Dal) or anacetrapib (Ana) were incubated at 37°C for 21 h and subjected to 4–30% NDGGE for rabbits or to agarose gel electrophoresis for monkeys, followed by apoA-I detection by Western blot.
