Monkeys (n = 7) were fed a diet containing dalcetrapib (A) or anacetrapib (B). apoB-depleted serum (0.7%) was used for cholesterol efflux assays with AcLDL-loaded J774 mouse macrophages treated (total) or not treated (basal) with 0.3 mM cAMP to induce ABCA1 expression.
