The impact of HtrA3 gene deletion in the mother versus fetus on postnatal body weight and organ weight in the female offspring. Female mice of three HtrA3 genotypes were crossed with HtrA3+/− males as shown in Fig. 2A, and the resulting mice were monitored postnatally. The data from female offspring were analyzed according to their genotype as well as the genotype of their mothers, and are presented in the same format as Fig. 2D.
