Coverage maps of LdWT (A) and LdCen ^−/− (B) reads aligned against various Centrin homologs located on LinJ.07, LinJ.22, LinJ.32, LinJ.34, and LinJ.36 chromosomes. (A) All five centrin genes are covered in LdWT. (B) The centrin gene located on chromosome 22 (LinJ.22) is not covered, as expected, in the sequencing data from the LdCen ^−/− mutant. All other centrin genes are covered in the sequence data in LdCen ^−/−.
