NSG mice were injected intraperitoneally with 10 × 10⁶ EBV-treated human umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells (CBMCs). After 22–25 days, the mice were intravenously injected with a single dose of 5 × 10⁶ to 10 × 10⁶ γδ T cells or sterile PBS (vehicle).
