Locomotor activity of TERT-tg mice. Locomotor activity test was performed with FVB mice and TERT-tg mice when they reach 4 weeks of age. The distance moved (A), and movement duration (B) parameters were presented. The time spent (C) and movement duration (D) in the center area [20×20 cm] were also calculated as preliminary measures of anxiety-like behaviors. All data are expressed as the mean ± SEM.
