Overview of the EphA4-Nanobody binding constants

Association constants (k_a1 and k_a2), dissociation constants (k_d1 and k_d2) and equilibration constants (K_D) were determined by SPR through kinetics analysis. SPR analyses were performed in duplicate. Alternating red and black colors indicate different Nb groups based on their clonal origin.
